Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, the system will not charge you for the following billing cycle. All our plans are on a monthly basis.
Subscription fees
The fees for the plan are paid up front every month. In case of cancellation, the paid amount can not be refunded and the cancellation is due only at the end of the paid month.
Copyright
These Terms of Service together with the Privacy Policy govern your use of the apicrypto.io Service or website where you accessed these Terms. Use of the Service of apicrypto.io and the Terms constitute an agreement between you and apicrypto.io defining rights of you and apicrypto.io with respect to the Service. We are not responsible for the absence of data due to downtime of the servers. We may issue a refund of the subscribed month due to loss of service, at our discretion.

These terms are subject to change. We accept no responsibility for any losses incurred through the use or termination of services provided by apicrypto.io.
Changes to the Price Plans
We may change the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our service plans will apply to you no earlier than 30 days following email notice to you.
Logos/images/videos
All logos/images/videos are copyrighted by their legal owner. We only provide the sources. what you do with it is your own responsibility. To display these types of content in your app or website you must ensure that your use of them complies with the legal framework and you have to arrange the proof of intellectual property yourself.
Service
Although our servers are maintained by professional hosting company, we cannot be held responsible for the absence / update of data due to downtime of the servers.
We do not hold responsibility for any financial or other losses or damages incurred through the use or termination of our services, including but not limited to damages caused by a commercial loss, a loss of benefits, a loss on anticipated earnings, winnings or other profit, interruption of business, loss of commercial information, or any other pecuniary and or consecutive loss.
